THC caps on the agenda in FL House on Thursday - say no!

HB 1455 - the bill that caps THC at 10%, places a massive tax on patients, and gets in between patients and doctors- has it's next hearing this coming Thursday, March 18th at 9:30 am in the HHS Appropriations Subcommittee of the Florida House.

We just did a poll and by almost 9:1 Floridians don’t like politicians imposing arbitrary THC caps and inserting themselves into the doctor-patient relationship.

Before they hear this atrocious bill, they need to hear from us - contact your State House member and tell them to oppose THC caps, and tell them you trust your doctor - not politicians.
